Through our online registration you can register yourself and guests, add additional events (like the Annual Golf Outing), and book your room at The Hilton - Downtown Columbus.

  1. Go to the online registration.

  2. Click ‘Register for this Event.’

  3. Enter your CBAO login information; new users will be asked to register with the site. 

  4. Choose registration type. If you are exhibiting, please select Exhibitor Registration.

  5. Enter registration information for first attendee. 

  6. Select the activities you would like to participate in. Room accommodations are available on this page as well.

  7. Select the amount of guests you would like to include (optional).

  8. Enter registration information for additional attendee(s), select registration type for additional attendee(s), and select the activities for additional attendee(s). To view sessions, click the double drop down arrow on the right.

  9. Review the registration selections and click ‘Register Now.’ Select the desired billing method and enter appropriate information. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations received by July 25, 2014 will be refunded 100% of the registration fee less a $50 handling fee. Cancellations received after July 25, 2014 will be issued a 50% refund. NO REFUNDS are issued for cancellations or absences that occur during the convention. Substitutions are welcome. Registrations received after July 31, 2014 will be charged a $50 late fee. 

 

 

Overnight Accommodations

To take advantage of the CBAO rate at the Hilton - Downtown, overnight accommodations must be made by July 11, 2014. Please note that valet parking ($24) is included in the total rate.
